I am a huge Star Wars fan and wanted to buy more Star Wars Lego sets. ...It is terrific, and it goes great with other Lego Rebel ships.

The figures included are fantastic : a generic unnamed pilot figure in red suit and helmet with visor. Then there is a red R2-D2 named R5-D4, same as the one with the Y-Wing. Last of all there is a mechanic with a mustache, who is just as good as the pilot.

The ship itself is excellent, with impressive details. The cockpit turns which ever way the ship turns, to keep the pilot in place. There is an engine compartment and strike foils that swing up for combat and fold down for flight and landing. It also has special Rebel Alliance markings, and three laser cannons: two on the strike foils(or wings), and one underneath the fuselage.

The Rebel Control Center included is very well made. It includes the very cool sliding door contraption, a control panel, a swivel chair, and a display of the Death Star orbiting the forest moon of Endor.

Then there is a sliding tool train that is sorta like the one with the X-Wing, but this one has two carts. The first has this buzz-saw arm thing, and the second has a rack of tools(Man, I have countless amounts of Lego tools). I think this train is cool. Plus, the mechanic rides on it.

All in all I thought this was an excellent set and well worth the money for the neat figures, the swing-cockpit, and the Control Center.

Although Lego has shown a tendency to skimp on pieces in these Star Wars sets (to make them more affordable, I would guess, and to off-set the expense of all the new pieces that they include), the B-wing set is not a disappointment. Clever rotating cockpit with unique pilot figure, storage compartment, and articulating wings are good features, and the Rebel Control Center makes this a great set for kids with a limited collection. It is not just a bunch of random pieces; it really increases the playability. R2-style robot and technician are neat touches too. Anyone who complains that the kit isn't true to scale is missing the point; it is a little small, but all these mini-fig sets are toys, not models!

I personally only buy Lego's for display, but I was very pleased with this set. Unlike most other sets with the same amount of pieces, it was very cheap. That was the main reason that I baught it. I don't play with my legos, but from the way it is built, I don't believe this is a set for the younger crowd. The set was very easy to build, and the sliding doors on the base is definantly a neat feature.

If your looking for a great Star Wars Lego, than the Naboo Starfighter is the one to get.

This lego looks great when complete. The chrome parts give it a great look. Also there are curved pieces that help make the starfighter give it that finishing touch. The stickers help give it it's great look, for example a sticker goes right below the cocpit that make it look a lot more real. This lego (which is an Ulltimate collectors Series) doesn't have too many pieces. This Lego only has 187 pieces. All the other UCS Legos have around 700-1000 pieces. The picture of this lego makes it look small, but when completed it's quite big. This is a great collectores item and would recommend it to any Star Wars/Lego fan.

I think the only flaw for me was the fact that I was able to put this model together so quickly. (All of the other UCS models have a much larger number of pieces.)

That being said, the starfighter still looks great. The chrome pieces add a very nice touch. There are a number of curved pieces as well that help make this model very sleek and organic compared to its earlier counterpart from the main line of Star Wars Lego sets.

And, at a sale price of $25 (while I write this), it's definitely worth picking up... especially if you want a great-looking model but don't mind the fact that it won't take you very long to build.

I had never even heard of Kid K'Nex before and didn't think much of them, but I bought for my son anyway. I showed him how to put the pieces together and we built one of the suggested figures. At first my little guy was frustrated as he couldn't snap the pieces together. I helped him several times, but after a while I told him he needed to find a way to put this together that worked for him. I swear, he has never put them down since. I am absolutely AMAZED at how long he will play with this kit. It really is astounding. He makes the most incredible things and his imagination runs wild. I'm thrilled - completely thrilled - that he has found this toy. He's learning how to realize his imagination while improving his fine motor skills. Honestly, I would have paid twice as much for this....and it STILL would be money well spent.

I had lots of fun building this one. It's one of first 4 Star Wars Legos that came out(c3p0, r2d2, stormtrooper and darth vader). This one has over 200 pieces and due to the large number, each major part of the stormtrooper (head, arms, legs, etc) are each in their own bag. The book shows you which part you end up building and which bag to use.

There's also scale diagrams of certain pieces so you don't them mixed up (some pieces are similar but have different lengths). There are some extra pieces but only a select few. The ball and socket parts can be a little hard to put in. It's not very durable but great to look at. The stormtrooper's gun is activated by gears in the back on his right arm.

If you're a Star Wars fan, you have to get this..:-)

This guy is supposed to go with the C3PO set, mainly so he has something to shoot!

The model is based on the Star Wars Storm Trooper and has been equipped with the Lego version of a Blaster Rifle. The mechanism to fire the weapon is a set of gears mounted on his back, which raises his arm slightly to aim, you then pull the trigger on his arm. I had to think about that, cos I modified mine a little so that he fires as he raises his arm! Talk about quick draw!

The droid.. Is he a droid? Well I'll call him a droid! The droid itself is built from mainly Technic parts used in the other droids in the series but with a few extras, he has the new "Ball and socket" joints, which if you've seen my other reviews, I'm not too impressed with. The other joints used on the droid aren't particularly strong or flexible either.

Unfortunately I think this one should sit out from the play area, like C3PO, he is too fragile and not flexible enough to play with. Stick him up on the shelf with your other droids and watch 3PO shake in his boots!

It fell apart alot after you put it together. it had alot of parts for little kids to get. if you lose a part then you don't have any extra. I recomend it for those who can follow directions. It would ... to have a small child around while you are building. be careful and don't be stupid and leave it lying around. have a good time(hopefuly) with your new toy.

The Star Wars Lego range was long overdue considdering how fun they are when put together. This set is one of the best Lego has produced for Star Wars. They're's nothing more dissappointing than a toy that looks big on the box, only to find out it's half that size, but rest assured, when assembled the set is much longer than you imagined. As great as the Infiltrator ship is, it's worth paying the ... for the Darth Maul figure alone, with it's authentic, tatooed face, cloak and double-bladed lightsaber. Also, the tiny compartments fitted in the ship will keep you amused for ages, one to hide Darth Maul and his speeder, and others for droids and the wings.

It would have been nicer if they had included more character figures but this is still a great buy considdering the price and the fun you'll have with it.

This is one of the best Star Wars Lego sets available. The ship itself is fairly extensive and is fun to build. The back opens up to reveal a storage area for Darth Maul and his Sith Speeder. Towards the front is a compartment for his light saber and for the Sith probe droids. I highly recommend this set

I bought 6 or so copies of this set, but not because of the main model. This Lego building set is great not because of the design that the Lego designers intend you to build. This set is great because of th large number of very useful parts, both plates and slopes, that allow you to build your own great creations.

This Lego SW model is one of the better valued sets out there.Even though there is a lot of building, it is fairly straight-forward. It has an opening hatch for storage of the DUAL SABER LIGHTSABER and the droids used to search Tantooine. The back of the ship opens to reveal Darth Maul's transporter. I think this model would be quite fun for any child. The only downside this model has is the fact that it is a little flimsy. I can easily see the wings fall off at any stage of play.

Lego is a wonderful product but do not waste you money on this package. In this box you get two packaged kits (in their original boxes) # 7654 which costs $24.99 and # 7670 at $19.99. There are then three "Exclusive" items (1) the box - sorry but a box is just a box. (2) poster with Lego figures illustration on one side and a comic book sequence on the other. (3) 5 Exclusive clone mini figues. This kit also claims only 1200 ever made. The 1200 refers to the box and the poster because the mini figure are no different than any others. You would be better off getting 4 of the 5 figures and a walker with kit #8014 for $12.99. So buy the three kits separately and save $131.98. I am amazed that Amazon would advertise this.

These Ultimate Collector (UC) sets are to Star Wars what Model Team is to Town; larger, more intricate, harder to build, and for an older audience. This is not your little brother's model. The most advanced TIE fighter of the Imperial Navy becomes the centerpiece for any Star Wars collection. Its intimidating dagger-shaped solar panels are recreated with a precision that would please Darth Vader himself. More than 700 pieces make up this amazingly accurate model, which fits on a durable display stand. But display model with caution. This TIE Interceptor is so real looking, it's scary especially for would-be Rebel pilots. This set is an authentic replica of the TIE Interceptor. Its wings are modular and detachable, and the cockpit (which is made out of those large, bulbous pieces that form control tower pods in Aquazone and Rock Raiders sets) hinges open revealing a wealth of interior detail. There is a chair, a HUD, nice controls, and several monitor screens -- at least one of which is unique to this set. The detail on the wings is pretty nice as well. Set has a consistent color scheme with no garish green or white or yellow pieces thrown in for no reason like the Falcon or B-wing do. Unlike the Vader TIE (in the TIE Fighter/Y-wing set), the blue here is kept to a decorative minimum and most everything is black or dark gray. In the plus column, it's HUMONGOUS.

I just finished building the Rover with my 11 year old son over the last three evenings. For us, Lego's with lots of gears and manipulating parts are the best, and this model is great. Although hard to tell from the pictures and descriptions, it has a knob to steer the 4 corner tires in a coordinated fashion, a button that deploys and unfolds the 'solar panels', a knob that releases the 'camera boom' and then rotates it when upright, another knob to rotate the 'antenna', and lastly a knob to extend and move the 'drilling probe' and retract it again.

As usual, the pictorial instructions are very clear if you can keep your eleven year old from jumping ahead to build the cool parts. A small complaint is that the model contains white, light grey, dark grey and black parts of the same shape, and it's not always clear from the pictures if light or dark grey are to be used. The only consequence of picking the wrong color early is that you'll have to use the opposite color later in the construction.

My son and I have found a good way to share the building of Legos'. For each page, we take turns being "parts man" and "assembler". And then keep each other focused by doing Quality Control (playful ragging) on each others work. So find a kid (or the kid in you) and build it.

This toy is the most powerful vehicle next to the Hailfire droid and that giant ball thing in the movie, well thats all the Geonosian had to battle, next to the droids. It is more versitile than the Jedi Starfighter, although only one cannon on it, it makes it up with its speed. They are powerful when attacking in packs, like when Aniken in was in the Republic Gunship, 2 of the Geonosian fighters shot the ship down as soon as Aniken got out. This lego set is kind of unstable, but I would highly recomend it to anyone.

I don't understand what is going on with Amazon. What's happened to the honest, trustworthy company that I knew and loved?

Letting this set list for almost $400 is insane. Who are these Lego sets marketed for? Children. But greedy adults snatch them up and then attempt to sell them, 3 years after Lego released them, at insanely high price. So high a price that no child will be able to play with this set. Shame on the sellers. Amazon used to be a good place to shop. No longer.

This is the greatest LEGO set I have ever assembled. It doesn't live up to my piece-to-price ratio (roughly 100 pieces for every $10) by only having about 800 pieces and selling for $100. But it's definitely worth the price.

It is very easy to put together, and each section comes with a numbered bag so you're never looking for pieces. The carbon freezing chamber was done pretty well. It features a small platform that descends into the freezing chamber. Inside, you can swap a Han Solo minifig for a "block" of carbonite, then raise the platform.

The middle room has a table, some chairs, and some freaky plant. It also features a door that can open and close and leads out to a landing platform.

The landing platform is a large, plain, well...platform. Not really much to it. You can fit most lego ships on it, however larger ships like the Millenium Falcon would be crammed.

The battle area for Luke and Vader was done very nicely. It features a collapsing wall (which really doesn't have a point). You can also make Luke fly out a window, into the area where he and Vader finished their battle.

This set had an excellent assortment of minifigures. It comes with a Bespin repaint Luke, Darth Vader, Han Solo, Princess Leia, Boba Fett, and a Stromtrooper. It also includes Lando Calrissian, an exclusive to this set.

Overall, great. This is costly, but worth it. A must-have for any Star Wars fan!

This is the best lego set I've ever had! I (or uhh, my parents) had to drive two hours to a lego store to get this. It's very hard to find. But it was worth it. It may not seem so, because this set being $100, comes with 700 pices, while others, like the AT-AT and Millinium Falcon, both $100 also, come with around 1000. But this has many huge floor pieces and has a huge footprint. I've got the Falcon, and it will fit on just the landing pad. If that ship will, any ship will! So, starting with the coolest place, the carbon freezing chamber. Turn the knob on the back, Han will go down, push him to the side, the other will automaticly slide into place, turn the knob again, and he'll come up in carbonite. Plus it's got all these neon orange bricks all over it. Cool. Next coolest, that place where Vader and Luke fight. Looks pretty normal, but pull back a brick and the whole wall falls down! Well, almost the whole wall. Then, pull back a stick on the side, and Luke will fly through the window and (supposed to) land on the suspention bridge! It takes some sort of technique, but he will do it. Let us not forget the dining room, where you turn a knob (that takes up a lot of room) and the door leading in slides open. Kind of normal. Finally the landing pad, which will fit vitually every ship on it. (one at a time) and a bridge leading from the pad to the main part. If you're going to buy a lego set, get this one! I'll bet it's the most durable set I have, not one (well, mabye one) piece has fallen off for months! It took me about 3 hours to put together, but was more fun to make than any other model I've built!

This is the most reccomended Star Wars Lego set I could offer. Don't buy any other set before this one, worth every penny!

In all fairness, the Cloud City set isn't quite worth the price it's being offered for. But then again, neither is Starbucks coffee. And like their coffee, it's really, really good; but you pay for that goodness. Once you can get past the price (or dupe someone into buying it for you as a gift) you're in for one of the greatest Star Wars Lego sets available. In addition to satisfying all the Lego addicts calling for a Lando minifig, the Cloud City playset delivers a number of things to brag about and show off to your friends. Essentially you get three different scenes in Lego form, as well as a beautiful front view of the Cloud City main gates. You get the dining room, where Vader takes Han's gun out of mid-air; the carbonation chamber, in which Han Solo goes into carbon freeze; and the room and viaduct where Vader and Luke have their infamous, father/son fight sequence. In fact, these three scenes are three of the most infamous from Episode V, 'The Empire Strikes Back'.

The coolest scene (here) is easily the orange, neon-colored carbonation chamber, where you can actually move Han underneath its surface and replace him with the "Han in carbonite" minifig brick (by sliding one figure to the right and moving the other into its place). Most impressive. Next, the dining room is rather basic (for a dining room), although it's the door that slides up that makes it notable. Again, all you have to do is turn a knob and it moves up as effortlessly as it appears to in the film. It opens directly onto the landing platform. The final setting, the "duel room", is highlighted by a stand that flips up, sending Luke through a window and onto the suspension bridge; the place where Darth Vader would eventually cut off Luke's hand and give him the "who's your daddy?" speech. Included in all this is 698 pieces and seven minifigs: Lando, Luke, Darth, Han, Leia, Boba Fett, and a Stormtrooper. Luke, Leia and (obviously) Lando are the exclusives to this set--they aren't available in any other set. Putting this set together took almost two hours, and it was the MOST FUN I have EVER had putting a Lego set together. There are really no steps you have to repeat because of multiple wings or legs, which is something that can sometimes bring the fun-level down a bit (e.g. the X-Wing, the AT-AT). But not here. This is seriously one of the best all-around Star Wars Lego sets of all-time.

The durability of the Cloud City is grand, as long as you aren't moving it around too much. If you do, I recommend detaching the landing platform and making two trips. I'd hate to see this set hitting the ground. Unfortunately, there's a good chance this set will never go on sale or clearance, simply because it is so popular and because it's not available in most stores (I did see it at the Downtown Disney Lego store). So if you don't have the funds to get this set, make sure it's at the top of your Christmas or birthday wish list. Because, really, you shouldn't live another day as a Star Wars Lego fan without the Cloud City set in your possession. Let the force be with you.

Holy, moly, this is the coolest and scarriest starship of Lord of the Sith. This Lego mini set almost 100% resembles the actual Sith Infiltrator from the Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace film. this is a very nice toy, great for a rack away from kids. It measures almost 40 cm and looks very cool. It's a little difficult to assemble, but the instructions are very clear in the book. I had this problem: One of the pieces of the trunk was missing and I had to replace with one of the head. Fortunately I could replace it with a similar piece but I think that should not happen. Legs don't move and that's a shame. It moves the head, both arms and hands. I don't have kids, but I had lego when small and I think the educational value of this toy is very important, though probably not in this case because pieces are too specific. Anyway, now all my friends are jealous of Dart VAder in my studio

The Darth structure was hard to evaluate. On the one hand, the construction directions were pretty complicated for this toy -- I was called in for consulting advice more than a few times and, at least once, I was called in to provide some muscle when putting a couple of parts together. There aren't any standard lego blocks in this toy as these are more construction-oriented. On the other hand, the standard Lego kits have become pretty easy for our 10-year old and this provided an extra challenge for him that was worth it. Once built, it's reasonably durable - in our house, it even held together with minor repairs when our 7-year old was curious if it could 'fly' from the bedroom window. I knocked it down a point because it's not very flexible - I thought there should be some range of motion for movement. Overall, I thought that this was a good toy, worth recommending.

This figure was the most fun to build. Each major part of Vader (head, arms, etc) is in it's own bag so you don't have to go searching throught multiple places for pieces. His right arm holds his lightsaber that you can move up and down while the left arm can be used for grabbing things.

The book is nicely laid out showing you what part you end up building, step by step instructions for each part as well as scale diagrams of select pieces so you don't use the wrong one(some parts are similar but different lengths).

For kids, it'll probably be best to have an adult help just because of the amount of pieces (around 400) and maybe helping them put the decals that go on the torso at the end.

He's really neat to look at, but his legs don't move. He's great-looking next the stormtrooper :-). For those who love Star Wars and Lego, this is an awesome combination.
